Total Barre

Looking to tone and sculpt your body to achieve the lean and long figure of a dancer? Barre is a fast-paced workout combining ballet inspired moves (using ballet bar), sculpting exercises, Pilates & dance to deliver a dynamic full body workout that tones, strengthens and lengthens. The efficient use of light hand weights, small props and bodyweight exercises to sculpt and shape without bulking up. But most importantly, Barre feels graceful and fun! You will not only be stronger, but feel taller & better.


Piloxing is a combination of Boxing & Pilates with a high intensity cardio workout from kick boxing mixed with body sculpting Pilates whilst adding elements of dance, spicing up the fun factor and making you smile! During the workout you wear weighted gloves (1/2 pound) which increase a little more resistance and challenge, this helps you to burn 400-900 calories per hour in this high energy workout! Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on the core, or the “powerhouse,” of the body as Joseph Pilates called it, this includes muscles in the abdomen, lower back and hips. A strong core is essential in not only increasing stamina and power but also helps to prevent shoulder/back/pelvic pain. Props are utilised to further enhance alignment, balance and athletic conditioning. You will feel lengthened, strengthened and more fluid and flexible in your movements.

1-on-1 Reformer Pilates

Reformer & equipment Pilates is performed in Pilates-Me's private studio with state of the art STOTT Pilates equipment. It's the perfect session delivering maximum toning with a full range of motion as well as rehabilitation from injuries. Many people notice improvements in their muscular endurance and posture immediately followed by weight loss. The springs in the reformer create various levels of resistance to customize your workout from slow and steady to fast paced and sweaty depending on your goals.
